With this Meditation DVD Subliminal Phoenix offers you a lantern: a flame to light your path into the four corners of your own mind. Within your energetic and neurological center, you have access to four naturally occurring brainwave states. Through the power of light and sound, you can activate these different realms at will.
These meditations have been created with care and intention to create a safe, powerful audio/visual landscape. The soundtrack is tuned to the Solfeggio Frequencies, ancient healing tones rediscovered in the age of modern science. Each track has Binaural Beats to activate the desired brainwave state through audio entrainment. For optimal effect use a deep bass sound system or over-the-ear headphones.The visuals are created with custom generated fractals and the cymatic imprint of the audio track. Cymatics are the powerful visual representation of frequency, created by physically vibrating particles, revealing the geometric order hidden in our world. These visuals are best viewed on a projector, and please feel free to close your eyes during any session. Each of the Four Elements tracks are 10 minutes long and activate the chosen brainwave state. Air Clarity uses the stimulating high beta, gamma frequencies to unlock focus and energy, the solfeggio tone of, 852 returning to spiritual order, and the undertone is activating the pineal gland. Fire Creativity holds the 528 frequency of DNA Repair and stimulates the Alpha frequency of learning, inspiration, and the hypnogogic state of lucid living. Water Meditation, also in the love frequency 528, will offer a dip into the Theta frequency for trance induction, lucid dreaming, and relaxation. Earth Rejuvenation plays the solfeggio tone 396, liberating guilt and fear, and is utilizing the deepest frequency of Delta to promote deep sleep, rejuvenation, and a place for cellular healing.
Subliminal Phoenix made its first flight into the playa this year, soaring through the Rites of Passage with explosive energy. Elijah Parker arrived a week early as a part of the Red Lightning build camp, helping the Sacred Heart Center of the Burn be reborn in 2011. Red Lightning was an incredible experience, providing a healing dome with massage and energy work, Rites of Passage Dome and the impressive Entelikey structure for workshops, Dr. Dream’s dome of extradimensional meditations, and a sacred teepee circle for ceremony and ritual experiences. Completing the container, another massive structure lit the entrance to Red Lightning: Elevate Studio’s Holosphere.
Working closely with the Elevate Team, Subliminal Phoenix helped build the rainbow dome and light it from within with mandala projections. In collaboration with Digital Wizards Ian, Byron Lightweaver, and Aziz, the entire 44 foot dome interior was blocked from the harsh playa sun and filled with 360 degrees of projected light. 10K Projector + Curved Mirror + Mandala Architecture = Magic
The Light and Sound Temple was surrounded with Vibro-Acoustic Memory Foam benches and beanbags and filled with the cool mist of AC to provide a sanctuary oasis within the Burning Desert. All week the dome echoed with singing bowls, gongs, digereedoos, and beautiful Sacred Electronic music. Subliminal Phoenix featured our newest moving mandala projections and the 45 minute piece “Fractal Philosophy”.
Subliminal Phoenix teamed up with Robin Arnot on Project Synapse *, an innovative use of the growing Kinect Hacking movement. This installation used the Kinect motion tracking to analyze a dancer’s movements and produce an evolving sound, music, and visual landscape. To encourage the participant to truly dive into their body, the dancer wears a blind fold while experiencing Project Synapse. Instead of sampling triggering sounds or notes with various arm and leg movements, Project Synapse creates a dialogue with the performer. Loops and music changes are composed based on the dancer’s expression, which the dancer changes in respond to the evolving music. Onlookers enjoyed watching the dancer’s movements trigger specific fractal mandalas and kaleidoscopic visuals on the projector above.

Sacred Geometry means literally “the Sacred Measure of the Earth.” It has been taught as a powerful, practical spiritual science to closed groups of Initiates in every great spiritual tradition of the world. Sacred Geometry holds the keys to how non-physical Spirit creates the manifest world through specific patterns, each of which creates specific functions of Life or Consciousness. Sacred Geometry provides a solid foundation for both Scientific and Spiritual Knowledge.
Every pattern in Sacred Geometry is like a “Letter” in a “Divine Alphabet”; every pattern creates a specific function of Life and Consciousness. We can learn to read these “Letters” (patterns) and then ‘spell words’ with these divine creative forms. In other words, we learn to read in the book of nature and use spirit’s own language of sacred geometry to create optimal effects in any work we undertake.
Sacred Geometry allows us to directly understand the “geometric coding system” that Spirit uses to manifest all Life and Consciousness. It gives us vital insight into the foundations of both spirit and matter, insights which can be applied in both spiritual and scientific pursuits. Sacred geometry may be understood as a worldview of pattern recognition, a complex system of hallowed attribution and signification that may subsume religious and cultural values to the fundamental structures and relationships of such complexes as space, time and form. According to this discipline, the basic patterns of existence are perceived as sacred: for by contemplating and communing with them one is thereby contemplating the Mysterium Magnum, the patterning relationships of the Great Design. By studying the nature of these patterns, forms and relationships and their manifold intra- and inter connectivity one may gain insight into the scientific, philosophical, psychological, aesthetic and mystical continuum. That is, the laws and lore of the Universe.
The Platonic Solids
These five Platonic solids are ideal, primal models of crystal patterns that occur throughout the world of minerals in countless variations. These are the only five regular polyhedra, that is, the only five solids made from the same equilateral, equiangular polygons. They are geometrical forms which are said to act as a template from which all life springs. The aesthetic beauty and symmetry of the Platonic solids have made them a favorite subject of geometers for thousands of years. They are named after the ancient Greek philosopher Plato who theorized that the classical elements were constructed from the regular solids. To the Greeks, these solids symbolized fire, earth, air, spirit (or ether) and water. The Platonic solids are also called “cosmic figures” and are the basic modules for Sacred Geometry.
